As it usually happens with Elysian, we recieved a unique request from our bride Vidhi who is a big time Sabyasachi fan.

She wanted her sundowner wedding to look like a dream and draw inspiration from the works of Sabyasachi.

Hence we started our homework, researched about the famous designer, his work, his aesthetics.

We reimagined how a sunset wedding would look like if it was a Sabya bride: the hues, the elegance and the charm. We tried to see how he would look at a sunset and chose color schemes and mood accordingly. His work showcases best use of fabric, handicraft and colours. Hence we hand picked the fabrics for chairs/ furnitures and paid respect to Indian handicraft with elements like terracotta, lamp shades, brass frames, antiques, paintings and gota patti. By creating sunset ombre effect using flowers; we nailed it all. The beauty could be felt from the very first glimpse.

Hence the evening was all about eye pleasing decor blanketed in luxury.
